Pineapple, Chicken, and Mushroom Salad


Ingredients
Pineapple
Chicken (fillet)
Tomato
Marinated mushrooms
Mayonnaise
Greens
Lavash

Boil and then cool the chicken breast. If you boil the chicken in salted water, you won't need to add any additional salt to the salad. Slice the boiled chicken breast and place it as the bottom layer of the salad.


Then spread a layer of mayonnaise and add a second layer of sliced mushrooms. After the mushroom layer, add more mayonnaise.


Next comes a layer of diced pineapple (you can use either fresh or canned fruit).


After the pineapple, add more mayonnaise, then a layer of finely chopped tomatoes.

 
After this, coat everything again with mayonnaise and top with finely chopped dill and parsley.

Serve the salad in portions with lavash bread.
