Emerald Scattered Salad



Ingredients
400 g chicken breast
1 onion
100 g cheese
2 tomatoes
4 eggs
3 kiwis
300 g mayonnaise
salt to taste
pepper to taste

Boil the chicken in salted water until tender. Cool and cut into small pieces. Finely chop the onion. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Cut the tomatoes into small cubes. Hard-boil the eggs, cool in cold water, peel, and grate on a coarse grater.

Peel the kiwi and cut into pieces. Layer the salad: chicken, onion, spread with mayonnaise, then cheese, fresh tomatoes, onion, spread with mayonnaise, eggs, and mayonnaise. Place kiwi on top.
