Penguin Salad



Ingredients
250g smoked pink salmon
1 onion
200g rice
4 eggs
150g cheese
mayonnaise
olives
red bell pepper
salt

Cut the fish into strips and mix with finely chopped onion. Boil the eggs. Arrange the salad in layers on a flat plate, forming a penguin shape, spreading each layer with mayonnaise:
- fish with onion
- grated cheese
- grated yolk
- boiled rice

Make markings and begin decorating: head, wing, and tail - olives
breast - grated egg whites
paws and beak - bell pepper
