Ingredients
Green onions 1/3 bunch
Mayonnaise 200 g
Mussels 200 g
Cucumbers 2 pcs
Salt to taste
Dill 1 bunch
Eggs 3 pcs
Wash the green onions under cold running water and cut into small rings. Wash and chop the fresh dill. Wash the cucumbers and cut into small cubes.
Peel and finely dice the boiled and cooled chicken eggs. Defrost the frozen-boiled mussels in advance, boil them for a few minutes in salted boiling water, place them on a flat plate, and let them cool completely.
Place the sliced cucumbers in a salad bowl. Add the chopped herbs. Add the chopped eggs. Add the cooled mussels. Dress the salad with mayonnaise and lightly salt to taste. Mix the salad, divide it into individual bowls, and serve.
