Ham and Vegetable Jelly Salad



Ingredients
200g carrots
200g green peas
350g potatoes
200g ham
100g apple
lemon juice
salt
pepper
6 tbsp mayonnaise
3 tbsp sour cream
5 eggs
200 ml vegetable broth
20g gelatin
1 tbsp mustard

Boil and finely dice the potatoes and carrots, then add the peas. Finely chop the ham and apples. Sprinkle the apples with lemon juice. Mix everything together.

Make the sauce: mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, salt, and pepper.

Dissolve the gelatin in the broth and mix everything together. Line a baking dish with plastic wrap, allowing the edges to hang over. Spread half the salad on the bottom of the dish, add the eggs, and cover with the remaining vegetables.

Refrigerate the salad overnight. Garnish to taste.
