Ingredients
1 bunch arugula
4 sprigs basil
1 apple
10 olives
Walnuts
Cheese
15 sunflower seeds
Salt
Balsamic vinegar
Olive oil
Arrange the washed and dried arugula and basil leaves on a plate. Peel and core the apple, cut into small pieces, and arrange them on top of the greens.
Add black olives and walnuts. Thinly slice the cheese or grate it on a coarse grater. Dress with olive oil and vinegar. Season with salt and sprinkle with sunflower seeds.
