Ingredients
1 grapefruit
150 g mozzarella cheese
6 cherry tomatoes
Olives
Basil
Olive oil
Spices to taste
Salt to taste
Peel the grapefruit, remove any membranes, and cut into small pieces. It's best to do this over a salad bowl, as the juice will flow directly into the salad.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Add the olives and diced mozzarella cheese. Season with salt to taste. Add the basil leaves, dress with olive oil (optional, with spices), and toss.
