Vegetable salad with cheese and mustard dressing



Ingredients
Iceberg lettuce 260g
Cherry tomatoes 200g
Cucumber 200g
White onion 100g
Cilantro 1/2 bunch
Parsley 1 bunch
Sour cream 4 tbsp
Mustard 1 tbsp
Garlic 2 cloves
Parmesan cheese 80g

Tear the washed lettuce leaves by hand. Add the chopped tomatoes, cucumber, and onion. Add finely chopped parsley and cilantro. Finely grate the Parmesan cheese.

In a separate bowl, prepare the dressing: mix the grated cheese, crushed garlic, sour cream, and mustard. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix thoroughly.
