Ingredients
3 avocados
3 pears
1 red bell pepper
60 ml olive oil
7 g honey
1/4 tsp sea salt
30 ml lemon juice
1 tsp mustard
Peel and peel the avocados and cut into small pieces. If preparing the salad in advance, sprinkle the avocados with lemon juice to prevent browning.
Peel and core the pears. Ideally, they should be neither too hard nor too soft. Cut into cubes, similar to the avocado.
Peel the peppers, remove the seeds, and cut into thin, long strips. Add to the salad.
Now prepare the dressing. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until smooth. Pour this dressing over the salad and toss well.
