Carmen Salad


Ingredients
Chicken (fillet) 200 g
Ham 150 g
Tomato 250 g
Bread 100 g
Mayonnaise
Adjika
Garlic
Vegetable oil
Lettuce

Cut all ingredients into equal pieces. Fry the raw chicken fillet until done, adding a pinch of chicken seasoning. Season with salt at the end of frying.


Fry the ham in a hot frying pan until golden brown.


Place the bread on a baking sheet, salt, and drizzle with a small amount of vegetable oil, no more than a teaspoon. Preheat the oven to 250°C and toast until lightly browned.


This keeps the tomatoes fresh.

 
Lay everything out on a flat plate in layers. First, lettuce leaves, then the fried chicken fillet, then half a tomato to soak up the juices, then the fried ham.

Smear the dressing of mayonnaise, adjika, and garlic over everything. Then add the remaining tomatoes.

Pile croutons on top before serving.
