Ingredients
2 eggs
200 g crab sticks
200 g cheese
0.5 cups prunes
50 g butter
50 ml nuts
6 tbsp mayonnaise
Soak the prunes. Make slits on the sides and stuff with nuts. Hard-boil the eggs, peel them, and grate them on a coarse grater. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Grate the crab sticks on a coarse grater. Grate the butter on a fine grater. Layer the salad:
Layer 1 - 1 egg, grated on a coarse grater.
Layer 2 - 1/4 pack of crab sticks, grated.
Layer 3 - mayonnaise. Layer 4 - 100 g (half) of grated cheese.
Layer 5 - 50 g (half) of chilled butter, finely grated.
Layer 6 - whole prunes with nuts inside.
Layer 7 - remaining crab sticks.
Layer 8 - mayonnaise.
Layer 9 - remaining cheese.
Layer 10 - remaining butter.
Layer 11 - another egg.
Garnish the "Black Pearl" salad with nuts, prunes, or herbs.
